Why was I billed?
If you see a charge from DL-billing, it means you have an active subscription with Doublelist.com or one of our partner sites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click on "settings" in the top right corner of the navigation bar, and navigate to the "Membership" page.
You will see an option to "Cancel my subscription" under the various plan types offered.

I was billed without my consent. What can I do?

How do I log in to my account?
You can log into your account by clicking the "Login" button on the top right of the site.
